At The Grind Club, we aim to deliver your orders promptly and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our shipping practices and guidelines.

1. Shipping Locations

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping is free on all prepaid orders and Rs. 100 on all COD orders.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery times are 7-10 days within India.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and external factors like holidays or natural disruptions.

Note - For PRE ORDERS the products will be shipped in 5-7days once it is restocked. We appreciate your understanding and support.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.

5. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is delayed or lost, please reach out to us at Vaibhav@thegrindclub.in. We will assist you in tracking or resolving the issue promptly.

6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal to accept delivery, we may charge additional fees for re-shipping the package.
