Refund policy

At The Grind Club, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Products can be returned within 3 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Contact our support team at infotgc.club@gmail.com with your order details and reason for the return.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions and a return shipping address.

3. Refund Process

Refunds are initiated once the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds will be processed as store credit within 7 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as store credit.
Delivery fee will not be refunded.
Rs. 100 is charged for any return/request made by customer.

4. Exchanges

Any request Within 3 days of delivery.
Upload photo for Quality check purpose.
Will get approval then any request will be initiate.
Refund will take 5-7 days.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns and Exchanges

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

For approved returns, a prepaid return label may be issued in specific cases.

Cancellation Policy

At The Grind Club, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility while maintaining the efficiency of our operations.

1. Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order within 3 days of placing it or before the item is dispatched, whichever is earlier.

After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. However, you may initiate a return or exchange upon receiving the product as per our Return and Refund Policy.

2. How to Cancel an Order

To cancel your order:

Provide your order ID and reason for cancellation.

3. Refunds for Canceled Orders

For prepaid orders canceled before dispatch, a full credit score will be issued to the client within 5-7 business days, that can be used in next order.

For orders canceled after dispatch, shipping charges will not be refunded, and the cancellation will be treated as a return and credit score will be given.

4. Exceptions

Custom or personalized products cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Sale or promotional items are non-cancelable unless there is a defect or error in the order.

5. Changes to Orders

If you wish to modify your order instead of canceling it (e.g., change the size or product), please contact us. Modifications are subject to product availability.
